ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS FOR VILLAGE SCHOOLS

This program places an intensive focus on providing English language camps in remote villages by working through the local educational directors and teachers. Designed to increase communication skills, each project consist of an intensive 8 day English course for elementary and secondary students.

EXPANDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE BLIND

This program seeks to find visually handicapped individuals in societies where they receive little to no help, register them with local government subsidy programs, and provide audio educational materials to expand their educational opportunities.

SIDE BY SIDE

Side by Side is a locally developed supplementary ESL program which has proven to be an effective method for rapidly building vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension of a foreign language--all within the context of interesting stories. It is used with English language teachers who will receive training, materials, and on-going assistance in implementing the program in their schools.

SUCCESSFUL MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES FOR NEW AND SMALL BUSINESSES

This program has been developed as a means of assisting small business owners or new entrepreneurs through a series of short seminars to help them evaluate and develop business plans for success. Through the seminar projects and with start-up grants, business entrepreneurs can receive basic start-up support and mentoring as they learn how to manage successfully.

SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS PRINCIPLES FOR MEDIUM AND LARGE BUSINESSES

This program works directly with local Chambers of Economy to facilitate a series of seminars written to teach successful business principles. Trained, qualified, and successful businessmen from the U.S. conduct the 4 business management seminars in a 3-day program, which includes personal one-on-one visits with participants scheduled after each session. The goal is to provide consultation support in skills and management needs of businessmen in the areas of Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Strategy Development.

TRAINING SYMPOSIUMS FOR SPECIALTY FIELDS OF MEDICINE

This program seeks to bring advanced medical training in highly specialized fields of medicine to local medical facilities by recruiting American doctors to conduct seminars in a local context to hospital staff and private doctors.

EXPANDING MEDICAL RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES

This program facilitates the placement of local doctors and interns in American Medical Universities for research and training advancement in specialized fields of medicine.

RESEARCHING AGRICULTURAL OPPORTUNITIES AND EXPANDING MARKETS

This program seeks to introduce new agricultural crops conducive to local soil and seasons for the purpose of helping local farmers expand the agricultural markets of their society.
