COMPANY OVERVIEW

Global Development and Consulting, Inc. is an Oklahoma U.S.A. registered company and maintains its corporate headquarters in Edmond (Oklahoma City), Oklahoma, U.S.A. with two international offices located in Sarajevo, Bosnia (with branch offices in Tuzla and Jablanica) and Skopje, Macedonia.

PURPOSE

This corporation is formed exclusively for economic, educational, scientific, community and charitable development purposes according to the laws of Oklahoma, U.S.A. In accomplishing the general purposes for which the corporation is formed, the stated purposes of the corporation shall include the following:

• To assist nations, people groups and/or cities in the development of their economics and society, through the consulting, training, developing, and supplementing of individuals, groups, and institutions.
• To maintain on-site consultants for the purpose of determining initial and continuous areas of development work needed; and to develop relationships within the targeted nation, people group, and/or city for the purpose of fulfilling determined developmental needs.
• To develop teams and utilize networks of institutions and individuals who are qualified and able to provide the resources needed for training and development in the areas of determined need among groups, communities, and cities of the targeted nation, people group, and/or city.
• To provide the resources needed for helping to improve the economic and/or social levels of targeted groups, communities, and cities through the work of consultation, training, and development; and to do so in such a way as to create self-sufficiency within the specific area of interest among the targeted group.
• To provide occasional supplemental relief through physical or material means, when deemed necessary by consultants of Global Development and Consulting to achieve the overall purposes of the corporation.

MANAGEMENT

The business and affairs of Global Development & Consulting, Inc. is managed by its Board of Directors who are accountable to the Company Membership according to the company's By-Laws and Certificate of Incorporation. Further, the company maintains the elected officer positions of President, Vice-Presidents of International Offices, Treasurer, and Secretary. Additionally, the company maintains the services of Specialized Consultants to fulfill its stated purposes of organization.
